My sister and I met Imran in Oct 2019, via a comprehensive mailed brochure, delineating the interest in assisting us in selling our property. We bought the house 2 years ago, and Imran was the listing agent at that time. During our purchase we had a very pleasant experience working with Imran as a home buyer even though Imran was the seller's agent. After 2 years we decided to move to another city, and the first thing we did was call Imran to help us to sell the house. We listed with him immediately once we met. My sister passed away in 2019 and she owned two co-op apartments in Rego Park. A number of different agents called me to ask when they would be available for sale. Imran was one of those agents that called. I enjoyed our conversations, and when the time came to actually interview agents to list the properties, Imran was one of the agents I met with. I was impressed with his follow-up calls during the six months that it took to actually become Administrator for my sister's estate. When we finally met, he was very knowledgeable of the market, experienced, had a great team to assist him, and very pleasant to work with. There was much to do to make the apartments ready to list, and each step of the way he was there for me. He found painters, people to remove all the furnishings, clean up the apartments. Whatever was necessary to list and quickly sell the apartments, he was there for me. He is wonderful to work with, extremely helpful, and always responsive to calls and texts.

Imran first contacted me about 7 years ago when we were trying to sell a house in Queens Village, which another real estate broker we hired had failed to sell. Even though I did not sell my house in Queens Village, Imran was always in touch with me and when I was ready to sell my other house in Glendale I contacted him. After meeting him I listed the property and Imran was able to sell it for a very good price that I am happy with. Most importantly, he was always available when I called and texted him.
