Marian was a pleasure to work with! She was very diligent in finding us homes to review consistently. She showed us quite a few homes all over the surrounding areas. She was able to get us viewings at various days and times and in a timely manner. She never made us feel pressured about making a choice and sometimes was the voice of reason when we became frustrated. She was there to answer any question, anytime. She really made the home buying experience less scary. It was a pleasure working with Marian!

Marian is the best! She really got to know us and our needs and was very patient with us during our lengthy home search process. She was never pushy! When we had a question or request, she always responded quickly and without hesitation. She is very knowledgeable of local services that we as first time homebuyers knew very little about. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Marian was wonderful from the start and never complained about us looking at so many houses spread over a 20 mile radius. She followed up with us on any information we requested and often went above and beyond with finding and presenting additional information to aid in our decision making process. A pleasure to work with. Now if we could only get the rest of the groups involved in the purchase to be as diligent as Marian, the buying process in New York state would be a lot more enjoyable. But Marian was definitely on our side and helped us all the way through.

Sold a home in 2012 in Owasco, NY 13021. We have since moved to Florida but, had the pleasure of having Marian Anderson sell not one, but two of our homes in the Auburn, New York and surrounding area. We made it a point to hire Marian for the sale of our second home due to her expertise in moving the first house. We found Marian to be thorough (always returned our calls and texts in a timely manner), courteous and professional in the rigors and sometimes hectic moments in regards to selling ones' home. My husband and I also feel fortunate to have met Marian and call her a good friend, in spite of the miles that now separate us, as a result of using her as our realtor.
