Bob and Fran are the team you want on your side when youre buying a home. We (the buyer) were in contract with a seller in 12/2020 and the seller backed out in 3/2021. We immediately hit the ground running again - we saw another cluster of houses again. We found one that was perfect for us - they got us in there and an offer placed within a matter of hours. We close tomorrow on this home! They stuck by our sides for the 6mos it took for us to find our house. We had to find our home in two days. Robert and his wife were on it. We looked at over 20 houses and found it . He didnt waste anytime with something we didnt like. I even called him three months after we moved in about a Plumming scare. He answered his phone and walked me through it. This husband and wife team are the absolute best. We cant sing their praises enough.
