Lorenzo is the best. This is the third house that I have bought and every time I have used Lorenzo. We looked at A LOT of houses before we decided to put in an offer for our third purchase. Lorenzo is professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable and is always prepared for any situation. Throughout each home purchase, something came up and Lorenzo always had a solution or multiple solutions. Morning, evening or night, Lorenzo made himself available for a call or texts. Lorenzo Keeps great communication which is very important in the home buying process and he is very well connected so if you need a mortgage broker, insurance broker, plumber, he has a guy. I highly reccomend using Lorenzo.

Lorenzo was the best part of our home buying experience by far. He was very knowledgable and made himself available to our every need, request and concern. This was the first home purchased by my wife and I and looking back at the process and times when stress got high I could not imagine going through this processes with anyone other than Lorenzo. It turned out that Lorenzo was able to find and get us into the home of our dreams. This was not expected as there were many conversations between myself and the better half about how if we find a house for the next 5 to 8 years that would be ok. Being a tough market and trying to keep realistic expectations to not get let down became second nature. I also commend Lorenzo for getting us back on track with what can be possible with some work, patience and daily perseverance.

Lorenzo and his team consistently demonstrated the upmost professional, skilled and supportive services while we sold my home. He made excellent recommendations, offering thoughtful guidance regarding listing price, staging the home, and negotiation. I had difficult circumstances and Lorenzo remained calm in the storm.
