Dean was very knowledgeable, accessible, curious and attentive to my questions, concerns and desires during the process of marketing my late parent's house where I was raised. He proved able to think "outside of the box" when the big curve ball known as COVID-19 plague was thrown our way by developing virtual updates on the changing landscape of real estate sales. He communicates well and wasn't afraid to ask questions, when he didn't understand something I said or wrote in an email.
