Eddie has been working in the real estate industry for more than 25 years as a Real Estate Broker, Attorney, Licensed Real Estate Instructor, investor, and software developer. He is widely known to be an outstanding negotiator, acting as a judge for Negotiation Competitions at St. John's School of Law, and has been awarded the national MCNE designation (Master Certified Negotiation Expert). He serves on the Ethics Standards of Practice Committee of the Long Island Board of Realtors, and on the Technology and Rules Committees of OneKey MLS. He holds the following certifications & designations: ABR, CBR, CDPE, CNE, e-PRO, GRI, HOMES, MCNE, PSA, SFR, and TRC. Eddie is one of the 10 managers of the NY regional OneKey MLS, which provides real estate listing information for more than 40,000 broker/agent-members. It is now the 5th largest MLS in the entire country., serving Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Putnam, Sullivan and Orange counties.
