Jo-Ann is a very knowledgeable professional, who is very responsive and eager to help. The fact that she comes from the family of builders showed during the time we were purchasing the house (inspection, walk-through). I've dealt in the past with a few real estate agents and Jo-Ann is by far the best. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again in the future and / or recommend her to my friends. Oct 6th marks the one month anniversary of my move from pelham to hartsdale. Joanne Reilly helped to make my vision a reality. We first met in march around my dinner table.
