I have always loved homes, building homes, designing homes, and owning homes. I probably inherited that trait from my grandfather who built homes for his retirement income. While working with him, I saw firsthand the beauty and income that could be created with a few solid Real Estate investments. To date, I have owned over a dozen investment properties, built my own home, and helped many people understand investment properties, or simply buy their first home.
