Having chosen to move to the region from my birthplace of Brooklyn, NY, I feel very well prepared to work with people from the metropolitan areas of NYC, as well as with the local population, of which I have been a part for over 4 decades.
I have served cumulatively for more than a decade on the local Board of REALTORS and have personal relationships with some of the top professionals in the region for banking, legal services, Charities, surveying, title searching, construction, plumbing, electrical, etc.
I work with the Clement, Brooks & Safier (me) Team as the coordinator of referrals. My role is to pair clients with the best match on our team with the skill set, knowledge and personality most suited for them.

I have been a licensed NY State broker since the 1980s and built a large company in Ulster County NY having grown up in Brooklyn. My agency, Westwood Metes & Bounds Realty, Ltd. was the most successful agency in the county for a decade. I transferred the company to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties in June 2018 and have been working there since, in my capacity of Associate Broker.
I bring my decades of experience supervising tens of thousands of transactions (over 4 decades) to all my clients; sellers and buyers, and to all my transactions. My commitments are to integrity, service, knowledge and compassion. My clients always come first for me, as I help them accomplish their goals with the least amount of stress on them. Joyfully, Ive helped many many dreams become realty.
