Mike was absolutely essential in our year long process to purchase our home. Our purchase was exceptionally complicated with even our mortgage broker and attorney even saying it was one of the most complex deals of their career. Mike always picks up his phone, usually on the first ring! He was wonderful at handling conversations with my attorney and mortgage broker as I often didn't have time to do the leg work. Other times I did have the time but honestly I just didn't have the patience to have those conversations. He was amazing and completely understood that. He took the ball into his court and handled many of the middle man conversations for me in an effort to make this deal as easy as possible on my husband and I.
