I coudn't be happier with my experience working with Britt to purchase my first home. From the beginning, I made it clear to Britt that I wanted to learn as much as possible throughout the process, since I am the only person responsible for the home. He was always honest with me, extremely responsive and I never once doubted that he had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Britt to anyone searching for a home, but especially first time home buyers.

Britt did an incredible job helping us close on our recent purchase. He knew the market well, provided extremely helpful feedback on how we should structure our offer, etc and was diligent in making sure we got to closing on time. We hit some slight complications with lawyers/title etc along the way and Britt jumped right in and made sure all parties got things done effectively and efficiently. Was a pleasure working with him every step of the way.

Highly Highly recommended. Very nice office in both staffing and advertising display. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very thorough marketing effort. Great use of still pictured and indoor video and a drone fly over of the property. Britt makes all of the right moves at the right time. He provided constant communication with no waiting around for answers.
