Closing was executed more or less as we expected and we have the framework for next steps on our end. We expect to be in our new home next week (look at God!) and we are excited about this new season. I expect to chat with you this week, but I did want to say here how much I appreciate you and what you brought to this process. You made a very, VERY stressful moment for us seem fluid and manageable and you did so under extraordinary circumstances...the likes of which none of us has ever experienced. I am personally grateful for our conversations and the ease with which I was able to trust this relationship. For that and many other things, I say thank you!

Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Rita as a realtor both as a buyer first, and then as a seller, within a short period of time. In both cases Rita was very pleasant to work with and helpful along the home buying and selling process, which needless to say was a very stressful time.
