Kenneth Benedict

I am an Ohio native, served in the Air Force, and came to New York when I got out. I've been a teacher, coach, analyst and technician before I found real estate which has become my passion for a few years now. I have lived in the Southern Tier for the past 23 years and can't think of a reason I would leave it's changing seasons, multitude of things to do and the lovely people in the area. Formed Ken Benedict Real Estate & Appraisal when I arrived and haven't looked back. I take great joy in the accomplishments of others and have enjoyed helping people along the way. One of the things I most enjoy is when a searcher finds the property they have dreamed of for years. It is especially gratifying when I have played a key role in the finding and obtaining the dreamed of property.
