Marie Skarren

Selling a home is a complex process especially for someone who has not done it before and Marie Skarren was my guiding angel through the whole process. My family and I were selling my recently deceased mothers home and we needed advice on how to proceed. Marie gave on recommendations on how to spruce up the house for sale without spending crazy amounts of money. Maries advice about refinishing the badly stained floors was spot on as the floors once finished were gorgeous and a major selling point of the house. Once the house was put up for sale, Marie gave it her all. She kept me appraise of all showing and open houses. Thanks to all Maries hard work and dedication, moms house generated a lot of interest and the house was in contract in little less that 2 month after being put up for sale. Marie is very patient and compassionate and she had my back, so to speak, from initial house inspection to final closing.
