Howie Greene helped us buy or first home. Howie was very knowledgable about the area and showed us several homes until we found our dream home. Howie is a very easy going, very personable, pleasant and very patient and always followed through. We relied upon his advice and opinions, we trusted he will help us find our dream home to which he did. We asked a ton of questions and he was very quick to give us appropriate answers and explanations. He got out of his way for us and always gave us positive vibes, without his help we would not be currently living in my dream house. Howie was able to make what could have been a very stressful apartment search both convenient and easy. His keen sense of knowledge about the city made my apartment search seamless. As a nurse, I was leaving Hospital Housing for a new job and had to find an apartment in 3 weeks. My schedule is extremely stressful, as I work 12 hour overnight shifts. Howie was flexible with my schedule. In addition, a lot of brokers try to sell you on properties above your means and sell you on places you're not interested in. Howie only showed me apartments within my budget AND interests. I am in love with my property he set me up with! He even negotiated with the building to have my move in date be mid-month so I did not have to pay full months rent. I promise you will not find a broker more caring, passionate, and eager to guide you through the process of your new home.

Howie was the best possible REAL-ator I could have hoped for.He was really honest.Really compassionate.He really listened to what I was looking for in a tenant.I am a live-in owne,and have distinct ideals about how I want my home treated.So when I say Howie is night and day from my last Realtors,well that doesn't quite convey the difference.
