I had met with Clara in 2018 as I undecided and not ready to sell my home. I had interviewed 4 agents . Clara was the most caring and knowledgeable agent that I had met. She was honest and told me what I needed to do to my home in order to get the most money as well as attention by prospective buyers. Last September, My husband and I followed her instructions in order to "declutter" and stage our home so that it would be the most attractive to interested potential buyers. Clara sent a professional photographer to our home to take pictures which displayed our home in the most attractive and positive light. Clara and her associate, Luis, had an open house and worked very very hard. The end result is that I had 15 offers right after that showing and the contracts were drawn up that week.
