Cathy sold my first apartment a number of years ago and when my husband and i were transferred back to New York she helped us find our current home. We looked at many different homes until we found what we wanted. It's perfect! I am being transferred for work again and love our apartment so much that we are going to rent in with Cathy's help rather than sell it because we love it so much!

Cathy worked with me initially to find a rental and, when i decided i was ready to buy ,we explored a few different neighborhoods. She worked closely with me during the entire process of searching and applying for a loan and through the application process as well. I felt very confident having her by my side and helping me every step of the way to guide me through a process that i was not familiar with as i grew up outside of the US

Cathy initially rented my apartment for me and when i got engaged i was ready to sell my apartment and buy another for myself and my new bride. We worked together seamlessly on the sale and we are now in contract to purchase our new home. Cathy is knowledgeable and makes herself available at every point in the process.

I met Cathy many years ago through a friend who she did multiple transactions with. She came highly recommended. Recently Cathy rented my apartment for me and found the perfect tenants.
