Fay started her real estate career 20+ years ago at a large real estate brokerage firm in NYC, quickly becoming an award-winning top producer. She is highly experienced having worked with a multitude of buyers, sellers, renters & investors over the years. Fay's experience includes transactions in Manhattan, Queens & Brooklyn, she has built a strong reputation across the city. Fay prioritizes exceptional customer service, communication & patience. Her clients range from college renters to seasoned investors, including international buyers from Australia, Europe, Africa, and beyond. Born in London and raised on Long Island, Fay developed her customer service skills in her family’s food business. After college, she worked as a development manager for a national retailer, gaining early exposure to real estate by working with commercial landlords. In her free time, Fay enjoys traveling, hiking, dancing, dining out, and socializing with friends, dining out, and socializing with friends.
