On two separate occasions, I called upon Jay Coles to come to family member's homes to give them an idea of what their homes would be listed at in the event they decide to list within a short period of time. For both scenarios Jay was the one in many real estate agents they were looking for. He was honest what had to be fixed or replaced for best showing, and he took his time with each household. Both of the homes were elderly couples looking to sell homes they lived in for over 40 years. Lisa was very good in helping us understand the pricing on the local market and optimize the presentation of our home for showings. She extremely responsive throughout the process, both during the showings and once we entered negotiations. During negotiations, she offered the options she saw and her opinion at each step, but was willing to back whatever choice we made throughout

Buying our first home with Chuck was an absolute pleasure. We were able to send him homes we wanted to go see and he set up appointments in a matter of days. Everything was scheduled for us and he had done the research on the homes. He made sure we were kept up to date on all matters and always responded very timely.
