My wife and I were very happy with Susan and would recommend her highly. Since this was the first house we were going to look at in Sands Point my wife called Susan and they immediately hit it off. That house was just taken off the market Susan mentioned other houses we maybe interested in and showed us a number of houses. Not being from the area her knowledge about Sands Point was invaluable and she would talk us out of houses that would not fit our needs. Before we finally settled on a house I think we saw every house listed in Sands Point within our price range. She was readily available by telephone all times of day and even after we settled on a house and the contract was signed she readily set up appointments and took us to the new house, to get estimates for work we needed to do as soon as we closed. She knew how important it was for us to be able to move in as soon as possible after the sale since we were selling our current home. We would highly recommend Susan.
