We have never sold a house before, and we were totally unfamiliar with the steps and proper procedures. Agnes was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice on what needed to be done to the house BEFORE we listed it for sale, and keeping us apprised of the feedback and progress during the sale process. Indeed, she provided invaluable advice at every step, up to and including advising us on accepting the final offer from the eventual buyers. She was extremely responsive via both phone and email, returning messages promptly. Agnes also was immensely helpful in terms of letting workers into the house in our absence and monitoring the house on a regular basis, which was very important, since we live 65 miles away. We highly recommend her services to anyone selling (or buying) a house!

We could not recommend Agnes more highly. First, she helped us hire a contractor to fix up the condo and prepare it for sale and then did most of the work managing the contractor. There were all sorts of problems coordinating with the condo management company and she took care of all that and got the contractor to submit all the required documentation (which was surprisingly difficult). There were other issues with permits and condo board approval and she helped with all of them or took care of all of them herself. We cannot believe how many headaches she resolved that were above and beyond what a broker is expected to do. And all with a smile and good humor. She is amazing and we are very grateful to her for all her assistance. Over the years, we've worked with quite a few brokers and she is the best of all of them.
