From our initial meeting when we listed our home Eric knew precisely what we wanted to do and how to go about the process. Along with Eric and his associates my wife and I felt at ease as we all know can be a very stressful ordeal. He took the lead right from the start and helped us through some rough times. Eric came prepared with similar listings in the area, understood the demographic/psycho-graphic of the potential buyers, and recommended a strategy to price it at the exact market price knowing it would promote bid competition resulting in a higher price rather than over pricing and constantly dropping the price. He understood the local codes and made sound recommendations. Eric remained responsive throughout the process and would pursue answers to our questions when we couldn't get a response from the attorney, bank, etc.. We would highly recommend Eric and his team to anyone serious about selling their property.

This is the 2nd property in 10 yrs Eric has helped me with. Eric, Amy and team are amazing, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. They were always available and responded quickly to the many questions I had and calmed my nerves when I thought things were not progressing quickly, they were always there to ease my mind.
