Dan was truly amazing to work with. He helped us to both sell our current home and purchase a new one. Dan was always available when we had questions or concerns, and was extremely knowledgeable. When issues did arise, he was the first person to assure us that he would address our concerns. He was always able to do so quickly and efficiently, and interfaced with other realtors, attorneys, and mortgage companies as needed. We were so impressed with his ability to competitively price our home, which resulted in us receiving several offers (including some above list price) within days of being on the market. He was a very efficient negotiator and always offered valuable advice. Overall, if you're looking for someone who can sell your home quickly while still receiving market value or help you find a new home, Dan is the best person for the job. Dan is phenomenal! He is truly the best at what he does and helps both the sellers and buyers in any way possible. My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and had no idea what we were doing. There were a lot of agents out there that my we felt were just trying to get our money and didn't care about us, but Dan is the complete opposite... he is honest, hard-working, and dedicated to his clients.
