Though it may sound clich , Craig Amodemo , the principal of Hampton Estates Realty, truly did find me the home I had always hoped for, and amazingly within my budget. Throughout my search for a new home in the Hamptons, Craig proved himself to be intelligent and intuitive, friendly and courteous, motivated and patient as well as professional from start to closing. I truly dont believe I couldve found a better partner to help me in this substantial decision and addition to my life. My sincere appreciation goes out to Craig and his entire team at Hampton Estates Realty, especially to Kim who was the representing broker of the property. She was truly wonderful and helped make the purchase seamless. I have used Craig Amodemo to sell my home. He is an extreme professional and is to be admired for his market knowledge ,suggestions and help. I highly recommend him as either a buyers broker or sellers broker as he goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goal. I have been in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer in the Hamptons for 15 years, so I knew who to go to. Craig is the man in the Westhampton/Remsenburg area. I wanted my house in Remsenburg sold, so I went to Craig. Three days after we listed, the house next to me went on the market at a fire sale price with another broker. Arrgh! Craig & his team showed my home four times as much as that home was shown, which was amazing to me. That home was still on the market months after I closed. Craig marketed my home intensively, and was courteous with text messaging or calls before showing the home, as were other agents from his office.
