I would recommend Karen and her team to everyone. Unfortunately the sale of our property wasn't a smooth one. We sold the house but a month into it the buyer ended up having a problem with the Bank because they wanted a special endorsement on the Association policy which they didn't have and they wanted another $11,000 down from the buyer, which she didn't have so it fell through. The buyer went to another bank and finally everything went through. The Heritage Team was there every step of the way guiding us and was always on top of everything.
