Charlene is amazing!! We looked for a house for what seems like forever. She finally helped us decide on building a custom home. She was extremely knowledgeable about our contract and even the design process. Since this was our first time building, having someone so knowledgeable was very important to us. She helped us to avoid a few mistakes and even a few potential disasters. She walked through the house with us and the builders when we felt like they werent giving us their best work. Shes tough when she needs to be and she definitely gets the job done. I cant recommend Charlene enough. You wont regret using her as your agent. Shell get you the best prices and will work her butt off until she knows youre happy and satisfied. Shes still helping me to this day (almost a year after weve moved in!).
