I could not have asked for a better realtor. Donna helped me navigate selling my elderly fathers home from out of state. From the very start she went above and beyond from providing relevant comps, assisting with in state contacts to ready the house for sale,constantly checking on the house and then actively promoting it once it hit the market. She kept me apprised of potential buyer feedback, status of offers and negotiations. She was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her.

Dear God, words can not express who this beautiful women is without a doubt! God sent us Donna Seven years ago when we where looking for a home me and at that time my new husband. We where merging two houses together, and I was looking for grand and glorious! I was lead to a home in Vandalia Donna was the sellers agent. We had no realtor and Donna became our agent as well! How do I sell the home in Dayton, Ohio that my mother has lived in for 56 years when I am in Arizona. It was full of 56 years of memories, personal belongings, and collections. As I was doing my research from Arizona, I called several realtors including one who had been referred to mom by a friend. Somehow, I stumbled on the smiling face of Donna . Donna was a referral from our dear friend and Remax agent in Washington state. She was excellent and professional. My daughter was moving from Washington state to Ohio for her first job and helped us buy a condo and close on it within 3 weeks. Donna did all the leg work like doing our inspection and walk through. She used FaceTime to show us the condo. We could not have pulled this move off without her. She is friendly and has terrific insight to the area and value of properties. We just sold our home in this currently insane housing market, and Donna's advice was critical: she told us to find someplace to move to before we even listed the house, and to make plans to stay out of the house the first weekend after the listing due to the demand for showings. Both were spot on, and as she anticipated we had an offer for full price that first weekend. She doesn't try to over promise on what a house will bring to try to get your business, either. She's excellent at doing the research to determine property values for the neighborhood. She made selling this house pretty easy and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
