Let me start off by saying Sarah and Carlton are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! They have been my realtor team for 2 home purchases, the sale of my home, and a home sale/purchase for my mother. They make you feel like you are their only priority. Their communication is great and they are very responsive and are always there to answer any questions. Sarah and Carlton go above and beyond for their clients to make sure you get exactly what your looking for and trust me i am picky. i cant say enough good things about them. They have extensive knowledge and are hands down the best realtors you could ask for. They made the whole buying/selling process so easy and smooth. i will use them as my realtors for life. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the opportunity to work with Sarah! She is knowledgeable about the living communities in the area as well as what to watch for when buying a home. Her and Carlton went above and beyond for us countless times, one example being helping us to clean and stage a room in the house we were selling, and even with yard work---we couldn't have been more fortunate to have them! She worked to get us into tight showing schedules during COVID so we could see high-interest homes soon enough to determine if we wanted to submit an offer. Sarah also found us our dream home, and we would have never landed the house without her negotiation and communication with the seller. We would recommend Sarah and Carlton to anyone in search of a home in the Columbus area.

Carlton was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I are first-time home buyers and Carlton made the process as easy as possible by being directly involved every step of the way. He was always available and made us feel like we were his only client. He was honest and up front with us about the issues each property had, and shared his opinions when asked. His priority was providing us with all the information that we needed in order to make an informed decision. I never felt pressured by Carlton and believe that he cared more about finding us the right home rather than simply closing. I trust Carlton and will certainly contact him in the future should we ever move. I can't recommend him highly enough.

They worked with us to make the purchase and then did an outstanding job of marketing our house in a typically slow time of the year.
