My wife and I had been looking for a house for about 6 months working with another realtor with no success. Arthur had help one of my friends find a house. They game me his name and number I call him on a Thursday at 5:00pm told him what I was looking for where I was looking to buy and what school district I wanted to be in for my kids as I have a daughter who had been at that school since kindergarten. Left him a voicemail. He called me back in 10 min told me a bout a house that just came across his desk. We went to the house that night at 7:15 pm put in an offer and offer was accepted 2 days later. just closed on house this past Monday. So thank you so much Arthur and the whole Solomon group. You were a Great group of people to deal with.
