Thanks to the Business Woman we successfully sold our home. Im not a fan of realtors for many reasons, however Cathy is a true professional. Her input was valued and valuable. I.E. I was willing to drop $3,000.00 to stage the house and Cathy said it was not necessary. Cathy also provided valuable input on the price (raising it just $100.00) so it would show up in a different price point.
