Susie Leavens helped us sell our home in 2021. When we first called her to ask about listing, we left the conversation with a solid plan and a sort of to-do list to get the house ready. We had a tenant moving out while we were getting ready and Susie was very flexible and accommodating to our tenants schedule. During the showing period Susie coordinated all the showings. She notified us of the offers as they came in, it was so exciting to get a text or call from her! She provided a nice spreadsheet of all the offers and reviewed the strengths and weaknesses of each one. Once we were in contract she kept us up to date with the process.
