I would highly recommend Damien. I was very happy with his level of service. I had to buy this house remotely and virtually during a pandemic and Damien was able to handle it all. I also had some specific needs regarding the accessibility of the house and he was able to find multiple listings to show me.

We had an amazing experience with Damien! He was always prompt, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we knew the process, what to expect, and what needed to be completed. He was able to get us views of homes within a day or requesting them, took us on the tour of homes that we were interested in, and was very honest and candid with the questions that we had. Once we chose our home, he would make sure that we didn't have questions, if I would text or call or email, he would respond within minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Damien went absolutely above & beyond in helping me find my first home. He has extensive knowledge on all home topics. He did not allow me to settle on homes he knew were not right for me or that would cost me a lot in repairs/fixes/maintenance. He did so much research on all the homes I was interested in and showed up early & prepared with info on each showing. He is very friendly, personable and fun. Damien is the only realtor that we will use going forward in our future selling/purchase of real estate.
