Darla was awesome. She was very Patient and kind. She responded quickly and had great negotiation skills. I highly recommend her.

We purchased our first home from another state and were unable to see it in person until the day we moved in. Darla came to the home (actually, all 3 that we put an offer on) and Facetimed us so we could do a walk through together. She was open and honest with us about the location and property. We fully trusted her! She also went above and beyond during the process of purchase, always asking what she could do to help us and guiding us along the journey. She is amazing and we will remember her as long as we live!

I cant say enough good things about Darla. We moved from IL to TX, but my husband had a horrible health incident the night we were supposed to leave. Darla had my back on all the house decisions, while my husband was sedated in the ICU. She stepped up and went over & above to handle all the details, got our closing date extended, etc so I could focus on my husband. We are now happily TX resident and we owe a lot of that to Darla and her amazing care for our whole family! Shes not just our realtor anymore, shes a close friend.
