My realtor was Julie with RE/MAX. I was nervous at first sense this was my first time. I didnt know much and I thought that it would be like buying a car with the sales person always trying to make a deal but not at all Julie instantly made me feel at home in the community we chose. I truly am thankful for all her help . She walked me through every step of the way, not one minute did I feel like I was just another costumer. I was stationed by the military very quickly and she helped me get into the house so fast and made my family feel at home. If you think you have a difficult situation or you cant find the right house call her immediately she is the realtor for you.

I listed my home with another realtor in August 2019. During that time, the only updates I would receive is when I would call and ask questions. I am in the military and stationed out of state, so all my faith was in the realtor that listed my home. I never received any feedback on what repairs was needed or updates that would need to be done in order to sell the home. After six months I decided to go with Julie Bridges because of the excellent review she was receiving. Julie was very informative and told me what she would recommend updating so the home would be more presentable. We had the interior painted and a few more smaller repairs. She listed the home and only 10 days on the market we had an offer and accepted. Buyer did have a few items that needed to be repaired. Again, I am out of state and Julie was awesome with assisting me in getting these repairs completed. Very happy with her and would highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to list their home.

Buying a home site unseen is not something I would ever recommend doing without an experienced agent like Julie Bridges! We planned to move back home after my husband decided to retire from the military, but we were in South Dakota & COVID19 happened. We were on a time crunch with the retirement closely looming and making a trip to Oklahoma to house hunt during the pandemic was out of the question-our stress level was high! We knew what we wanted in our forever home, but needed an agent who would understand those wants, who would be patient and who would be willing make time for us from another state. Julie was recommended by not only family but another agent! Glad we took their advice and contacted Julie. During the buying process, Julie and her team always made time for our questions even with our time difference and was very responsive with the answers. We would definitely recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy/sell! She is an experienced agent who is professional & knowledgeable!

Julie was amazing to work with in purchasing our first home. We were nervous about buying sight unseen, but being a military family stationed overseas and all the COVID restrictions, we knew it was our best bet. She was extremely flexible in working with the time difference and gave us video tours of the properties we were interested in.
