I became a licensed real estate agent in Oklahoma in 1994, a full-time agent since 2005, a licensed real estate broker since 2008. Real estate credentials include: Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Green REALTOR, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), e-PRO, and REOS. Formal education: a BA in French (1977) and an MLS Masters in Library Science (1978) from SUNY at Albany, an M.Div. - Masters in Divinity (1997) from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. Before coming into real estate full time I had jobs as a law librarian, a public librarian, a paralegal, a youth director, a religious education director, a French teacher, an executive secretary, and a help desk worker.
