I would not work with this agent based on her attitude and what I deemed to be her lack of knowledge on the property I was inquiring about. I also asked for comps in the area and where she received her comps on the property. I was inquiring about there was also a property that was just sold across the street that she deemed to be in need of updating and that’s how they came up with the price that it was sold for. This was not accurate information based on the neighborhood and the Comps that she was giving me for the neighborhood of $1 million. Minus the lack of information on the neighborhood I would not deal with this real estate agent based on her attitude during our call. There was also follow up email with the comps that I asked for.
