Very friendly and accommodating One thing that especially resonated with me was his honesty, and compassion to our needs. He was very upfront with the specifics. He addressed our ideal qualities in a home. That really impressed us, because he could have not disclosed anything, and we may have purchased that property. Martin really delivered on his recommendation. We had delays with the Lender but Martin was there to assist in every way. If ever we had questions about the process, he always addressed it in a timely and efficient manner. Not once was there a delay, or hesitation on Martins part to resolve an issue, On the day of the Signing, he met us just in case anything came up. Even after the move, he would reach out just to check in. A great agent, and an all-around guy.

im not sure where to begin and why I can't say enough on choosing Patie Millen and her gang for your realtor needs,the highly informative expert assessment of local market and house value, or the quick responsive blowout marketing completed on social media and across selling apps.maybe the quality of the 6-foot, highly visible For Sale sign complete with glossy flyers in my front yard...nope, has to be the fact that an Open House was held 5 days after going live on the market on a holiday weekend but probably the fact that I received an offer the next day for more than asking price due to the expertly handled showing during the Open House. okay, got it the ultimate reason the Patie Millen group is the premier agents in southern Oregon is because they worked late into the Sunday night revising contracts from the offer. What a complete first rate experience.I can't wait for closing. I'm sure they will make it an easy even enjoyable experience. with this Group, you can't go wrong!

Patie is an excellent Realtor who's local knowledge and experience are invaluable assets, especially in this market. My wife and I had an interesting pre-market opportunity while relocating, which was time sensitive and had some other nuances to work through.
