James Campion

James Campion is a local expert on the Oregon Coast who brings a unique skill set to the real estate field. He is uniquely positioned to help his clients assess a property’s potential as an experienced designer/builder of his own homes and from growing up in a General Contractor family. He learned his operations and Information Technology management skills working for two large home improvement centers in Northern California. As he moved up the ladder, James became the IT Director for the corporation serving multiple locations. More recently, he has been working as Director of Operations for two successful healthcare centers. James’ much-loved avocations are art and architecture since childhood, being especially skilled in fine art watercolor and having been represented at Sonoma County, California galleries. The latest building project on the books is a historic renovation of a well-known artist’s former home and gallery on Canyon Rd in Santa Fe and JP Farm on Hwy 26 in Seaside.
