Candy has been in Real Estate since 1998, full time. Every transaction is a foundation from which she has built upon to manage buyer and seller transactions. Candy doesn't know it all but if not, she knows where to find answers. Real Estate is usually all about bringing two parties to agreement, sometimes its easy but in those cases where it is not you need a Real Estate Broker with experience, the ability to negotiate, think outside of the box and never (until the last avenue for making the deal work is exhausted) give up...Candy just hates the "I don't think" attitude. Its so important to believe in your client and to understand what is important to them. Eastern Oregon is wonderful place to be and Candy thinks we have it all! Eastern Oregon University, each small community (Cove, Union, Elgin, Imbler, North Powder) has their own schools, K-12, Grande Ronde Hospital (a number one rated Rural facility), libraries and great recreation year around.
