I first met Kim Arscott when we were fortunate enough to select her as our realtor for purchasing our home. So much so we presented her with a magic wand at the close of escrow. Now, six years later, we are selling our house and are delighted to work with Kim again. She is still magic wand worthy, finding a buyer the second day the house was listed and keeping an eagle eye on every step and nuance. But perhaps what is most magical about Kim is her warm heart and her sincere desire to help in whatever way she can.
