We had other brokers come in and want to list the home well below what they said it would sell for. I liked their approach realizing the value of the location even though the house was not in good shape. They positioned the property very well and we received multiple offers above list. The communication with Sean during process the excellent and we worked together as a team to get the transaction completed. They have a very good system for listing and showing homes. I was impressed by their team.

From start to finish they were there to help. They helped us stage our property. Excellent photo quality. Very professional. They made our home very visible online at websites and social media. It was easy to contact them either, email, text or phone. I would highly recommend them, they provide a lot of services to help sell your home.

The Drew Coleman team was incredible. Stacie Taylor, my agent, is a dream to work with and made this entire process so smooth and easy as possible for me. I moved out of state so Stacie went above & beyond as I wasnt there to oversee a lot of the work needed at my place. She was incredible and worked tirelessly on my behalf. The team around her was also just as professional, responded quickly to any questions I had.

Aaron was an absolute delight to work with! He was responsive to us pretty much 24/7, showed us some amazing locations, gave us honest feedback, and helped us achieve a FANTASTIC price on an amazing house. He made the entire process easy and stress free. Im incredibly happy with the house we ended up with, and I dont think I could have done it without Aaron.

The fact that he has a family helped a lot, since he often commented on issues that might affect our young daughter's safety, schooling, etc. He guided us & never balked at answering all of our questions, indecisiveness, and uncertainty. Drew is the best realtor we could have imagined & he made the process of buying our first home memorable and worry-free.
