Juli Martin

I've done 2 transactions with Juli and Friederike. A couple of years ago I sold a rental property that was not in town. They managed all of the extra work required by the seller, which was a huge load off of my shoulders. Most recently, I bought a home for myself using them as my buyer's agent. They were always friendly and hardworking. We ran into a bump right at the end of the transaction, and again, they took care of everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First some general information.... Juli acted as our buyers agent. We had never really been in Portland for any great length of time. She came recommended (highly, I might add) by other professionals in the field. Having spent no previous time together, Juli picked us up and off we went on a great adventure.
