I have loved being a real estate agent since 2001, my clients needs are my number one priority. I strive to properly represent everyone with the up most level of service. I am able to show property to my clients at at time that fits their schedule. Most of me clients come from outside of the state and I'm very comfortable with being able to complete the needs over the computer. I will show up to the inspections and stay until the end, then personally call the home buyer/seller to go over the details that are discovered. I also do property managment, should you be interested in purchasing a home for your retirement. Keep in mind that everything you do to the house during the rental period is 100% tax deductible.
