Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Mary Anne was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. She works to ensure she gives you every shred of information to help you make a decision, including checking things the average buyer may not even know to think about. She stays in constant communication and has excellent lenders, vendors, and contractors to reach out to where needed. She treated us like her favorite family and I have no doubt that that is how she treats every one of her clients. We actually feel like she is a part of our family!! ...We connected with Eric by chance on a trip to Portland scouting neighborhoods. From the moment we first connected with Eric we were blown away with his knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism. Unlike the other agents we worked with, Eric never made us feel like we were wasting his time. Eric was extremely patient answering all our questions and was super flexible coordinating showings during windows we were available to travel. During the days we were unable to travel Eric recorded video tours of homes. Eric is extremely knowledgeable about the construction of homes and would often point out important features and notify us of potential problems.
