This is the second time we have used Perry to buy and sell a home, the process was seamless and expeditious. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. I first worked with Perry and Shirley in 1996 when I bought my first home when I was 26. I have since sold that home with them, bought my current home, and sold my parent's home this year (2018) as the executor of their estate. That's 4 transactions over 22 years. They are consummate real estate professionals. They know the state of the market. They told me the market was hot when I listed my parents house in January. We had 3 offers in 2 days after listing. When I sold my previous home in 2011 after the great recession, settlement was 3 months after listing. That was because we priced the house right in a tough market. My point is, I've been in good markets and bad markets, bought homes and sold homes and have been successful with all of that due to Perry and Shirley. I highly recommend them.
