I am dually licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I’ve been in real estate for 24 years. Primarily I’ve been in property management. I manage both commercial and residential properties. For the past 19 years I have worked for a New York based developer. I have acted as their liaison for buyers of their condominiums. When I decided to start my own property management firm, I also decided to see hat residential real estate sales has to offer. My goal is to provide my clients top notch tailored customer service. I’m not the type of person to do the bare minimum and hope it works. I believe in putting in the work. That means, if I’m selling your house, I’m behaving as though I’m selling my own. If I’m helping you buy a house, I’m going through all the available properties and sending only properties you will want to see and not an endless list of properties you have no interest in. I love work and I love closing deals and making my clients.
