As first time home buyers, we didnt know where to start other than a general area and vague ideas of what we wanted in a house. Cynthia got us set up almost every weekend to look at houses we were interested in as well as keeping an eye out for similar houses that just went on the market. She would thoroughly look through houses and let us know what was good/not good with the house. She knew when a house was wrong for us and it eventually led to us finding the perfect home in the end! She was always on top of what necessary documents and steps were next, working diligently with our mortgage advisor, the other realtor, and the settlement company. Would highly recommend!

Cynthia was always available by phone and text. She was quick to react when issues arose. We ran into some obstacles a few weeks after closing and she was right by our sides to assist and resolve.
