When I switched to Cynthia she was able to tell me just what I needed to do in order to sell. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough - she sold my house in less than six months. One of THE best realtors I have ever used to purchase a home (I have bought nine homes in the last 20 yrs due to military moves). She is very knowledgable and I found her to be a "straight shooter". I truly appreciated her honesty and her diligence helping us find the right home from my elderly mother. She was very patient with us and listened to our needs regarding what my mother needed in a home and helped us to find the right comprises to fit her budget and income. Cynthia helped us find the right house and we closed in 29 days from the day the offer was submitted to the day we got the keys! Cynthia also negotiated a substantial credit from the seller back to my mom which was a long shot but her powers of negotiation worked in my mom's favor. I would use Cynthia again as our realtor in a heartbeat. I highly recommend her and think you will be equally impressed with her!
