From start to finish, the Bedorf Prince Team was there for us. The financial results were outstanding-- the house sold for $18,000.00 over asking price. Their advice throughout the process was just as good. Their suggestions on the listing price, their ideas on how to prepare the home for sale, and their detailed instructions about preparing the house for showing were spot on. Some time and work were required to get the house ready-- after living their for 22 years-- but all the suggestions of the Team paid off. Amazingly, the house "went live" on Wednesday and by Saturday we had 15 offers. We really liked working with the Bedorf Prince Team.
