Janine was fabulous to work with. This was my first time purchasing a home, however I have had 3 other real estate agents prior to buying and she exceeded all expectations! She was extremely professional and personable. She walked me through the entire process and made everything easy, as well kept me comfortable throughout the process. I was planning ahead and trying to prepare multiple things for the property in anticipation to closing and she was helpful throughout the entire process. We closed yesterday on our home and it might come as a surprise that, out of all of our friends and family, Janine was the first person we texted with our excitement. She has a natural talent for reading her clients and works hard to find exactly what they want. She made an experience we were dreading into something exciting and fun. I never felt pressure to buy a house that wasnt exactly what I wanted and, when we toured houses that were disappointing, Janine remained steady and optimistic. She would say, Dont worry. We will find your house. Throughout the process, we were in constant communication. I thought Janine was joking when she said she works 24/7 but soon found that to be true. I texted her often (sometimes late at night) with questions or leads on houses and she was quick to respond and made me feel like this was a real team effort. I cant express In words how thankful I am that we found Janine and I will miss her. All thanks to Janine.

Janine was great to work with, from the time we started looking until closing day (today), she was there for us. We are first time home buyers so we didnt have much experience but she made the process very easy and helped us find EXACTLY what we wanted. After showing us a place we werent too interested in, we saw a listing pop up that looked great, she set up an appointment right away to see it, we loved the property and she gave us good advice which led to the sellers accepting our offer. A good honest person to deal with!
